Delivery & Returns

Post & Packaging
All deliveries to the UK  are charged at £3.99.  Orders over £70 are carriage paid.
For delivery outside the UK please contact us on    028 9032 9200 and we will be happy to give you a quote for delivery to your region.Depending on the size and weight of the goods you order, your delivery will be either via  our courier Parcelforce 48 hours, or  Royal Mail

Delivery Time
If your requested items are in stock we aim to despatch them from our premises on the same day, in which case you will receive your order within 2 to 3 working days.   Please do let us know if there is particular urgency with your order in which case we will do all we can to ensure it is sent as quickly as possible.

Damaged Goods

All items are inspected for damage before they leave our premise, however  in the unlikely event that they are damaged in transit, then please let us know immediately.

Contact us on  028 9032 9200    or email info@cookstop.co.uk   , and we will ensure that we can get a replacement out to you as quickly as possible.   To expedite this process we will generally accept a photographed image of the damage, and resend the item as quickly as possible.

Refunds
Should you decide that you do not wish to keep the goods  you have ordered, then please return them to us within 14 days.  As long as they are in their original packaging and in good condition, we will happily refund the cost of the item.   Our address for returned items is:
